1. How do I place an order?
On our website, add products you wish to buy to the cart, and then proceed to buy now. Fill in the information asked, make the payment and your favorite finds will you reach at your doorstep!
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We process payments via Razor Pay. You can pay using all cards, UPI, and wallets.
3. What is your return policy?
As mentioned in our Exchange and Return & refund policy, we do not offer returns. However, we do provide a 15 day window to raise an exchange request.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
It usually takes 8 to 10 business days for orders to be delivered. Although, if you’ve ordered a customized product such as hand painted t-shirt etc, the delivery is estimated to be executed within 20 to 25 business days. 
5. Do you offer international shipping?
No, currently we only ship in India.
6. Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Yes, you can cancel your order once placed withing 24 hours, however not if it has already been shipped.
7. Are your products true to size?
Each product page has a detailed size guide, you can refer to it for better understanding of how the product fits. 
8. How do I care for and wash my clothing items?
Our product pages have wash and care instructions specific to the products. For an example, Our T-shirts are advised to be particularly washed inside-out. Please adhere to instruction as mentioned for long life of the products!
9. What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
You can share the issue along with picture proofs at sortsorted@gmail.com and our team will get back to you. You can refer to our exchange policy for the same.
10. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, we provide you with a link to track your order and stay updated!
11. Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?
Yes, we provide gift wrapping and personalization services, however, sometimes we might charge extra depending on the requirement.
